Pictures or photographs published in this website are the property of Inter Rhône or are used by Inter Rhône with the consent of the rights’ holders.

Author’s moral right
According to the March, 11th, 1957 Act, the photographer’s name shall appear near any picture reproduction regardless of the use intended. Each picture comprises a copyright in the description sheet. Any dispute concerning the interpretation or the performance of this agreement shall be brought before Paris Courts for arbitration.
Pursuant to the author’s right of authorship, the photographer’s name shall be mentioned next to each picture used for the whole document which comprises only pictures produced by the author.

The company shall use its best endeavours to enforce the author’s moral right, including his right of authorship and integrity of his photographs.
Inter Rhône reserves the right to take legal action (including before a criminal court) in case of acts of infringement of its documents or of intellectual properties.

Trademark law
Corporate names, brands and distinctive signs reproduced on the website are protected by virtue of trademark law. The reproduction or representationof the above-mentioned signs, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without the trademark owner’s prior written consent.

Scope of rights
Inter-Rhône has the exclusive right to use these pictures directly or to transfer them to a third party, in any shape and medium known or unknown, worldwide, without any limitation, for the whole duration of the royalties including during the potential extension of this duration, the picture separately, in whole or in part, by any mode of use known or unknown and particularly:
The right to adapt, to represent, to reproduce the pictures, in whole or in part, for cinema, television and general use, any existing or upcoming mode of use of audiovisual works and particularly in the form of slides, videocassettes, videodisks or videogram. The right to represent and reproduce the pictures, in whole or in part, and to adapt using any existing or upcoming representation process and in particular public screening and broadcasting by cable, Hertzian waves, satellite and transmissions of the broadcasted work in a public or private place.

The right to reproduce the pictures in any kind of book edition, and particularly ordinary, luxury (limited edition or not), semi-luxury, bound, illustrated (and in particular in the form of comics), popular, pocket-size (also called large circulation book), in clubs, in schools, in critics or in an anthology.

The right to reproduce the pictures, in whole or in part, in periodical newspapers, on postcards, on posters, in catalogues, in diaries, on stands, in games or in any existing or upcoming analogous form.

The right to reproduce the pictures, in whole or in part, as clothes, curios, stationery items, and in any other existing or coming or upcoming derivated form.

The right to reproduce, to represent the picture by photocopy, microcard, microsheet or microfilm or by any other existing or upcoming analogous process, be they electronical, analog, magnetic or digital.

The right to reproduce, to represent and to adapt as electronic publication, in particular in CD-ROM, Photo CD, CD-i, e-book, and DVD, via digital network, mobile phone or any other existing or upcoming analogous process.

The right to communicate to the public and to adapt, in any country, through exhibition, or through any diffusion process of pictures and to reproduce and represent, in any form and by any means, communications and adaptations of the pictures.

The right to communicate to the public all the above-mentioned reproductions, representations and adaptations of the pictures by any means, sale, renting, lending or other existing or upcoming public intended communication processes.

The company has the sole exclusivity on all of these rights.

Waranties
Inter-Rhône declares it has obtained all the required authorisations allowing the free reproduction, use, representation of pictures that may contain people, properties, buildings or other private representations, which are granted to the company in the framework of this agreement.

The photographer undertakes to have the photographed persons sign an “authorisation of reproduction and representation” and shall not be held responsible for the consequences of those persons’ claims.

The company may entrust third parties with pictures. In case of misuse of those pictures by third parties, the Company undertakes to take legal action for any breach both on its behalf and on behalf of the photographer.
