The mandatory mention of Copyright
| According to the March, 11th, 1957 Act, the photographer’s name shall appear near any picture reproduction regardless of the use intended. Each picture comprises a copyright in the description sheet. Any dispute concerning the interpretation or the performance of this agreement shall be brought before Paris Courts for arbitration. |
